Folded half-sheet, first verso and conjugate leaf blank. Drop-head title. Dated at end 'London, Feb. 1833.' Prospectus for an unspecified investment opportunity designed to appeal to those who 'think differently from the general mode of thinking'; interested parties were to apply personally to Mr. Dyson at Clement's Inn Chambers.

Copy Notes ALs in ink on blank pages 3 and 4 signed by Samuel Dyson / Clements Inn Chambers, / Jany 2nd. 1834, apparently written in response to some insinuation by Soane regarding portraits of / Mr. and Mrs. Garrick submitted by Dyson as worthy a place in your valuable / Museum and drawing his attention to the enclosed printed circular [which] may inform / you, that I am not entirely unknown, being engaged / in a most extraordinary undertaking; ... .
