The third annual report of the treasurer, Thomas Bryan, Esq. to the subscribers at their meeting, held on the 7th of March, 1826, with rules and regulations; and a statement of the receipts and expenditure, with a list of subscribers in support of the schools: and also a list of the subscriptions and donations in aid of the new building.

At head of title: St. Luke, Chelsea, new parochial schools, in union with the National Society. The frontispiece shows an elevation of the school designed by James Savage, whose church of St Luke at Chelsea consecrated in October 1824 was a landmark in the history of the Gothic revival. Includes a list of subscribers and donors arranged by street, including Soane under 'College' for £1 1s. Soane was appointed Clerk of Works of Chelsea Hospital in May 1807.
