Anonymous. Dated at end 'Lond. June 5. 78. S.V.'. A satirical response, addressed 'Dear Fellow-Labourer', to A letter from Amsterdam, to a friend in England (London: printed for G.H., 1678), a likewise fabricated letter addressed to 'My kind Co-operator', purporting to be an exchange between two republican conspirators. Final leaf of errata. ESTC r28300; Wing A341.

Copy Notes Imperfect; the final blank leaf has been excised leaving only a stub. Text imperfect at the foot of p. 12; final leaf was folded during printing such that the text is displaced across the fold. A few marginal marks in ink including a verbal substitution where a word of text has been blocked out. Bound (11) in a collection of 14 English political tracts relating to parliament with imprint dates between 1673 and 1682, inscribed in ink on the front pastedown Lee Warner.

Binding C17th sheep, blind-tooled borders and centre lozenge, later paper spine-label lettered in ink 'Parliament 1676' and octagonal paper library shelf-label lettered '102'.
