First published 1758. Deletanville was also the author of A new French dictionary, in two parts, first published in 1771 (q.v.). The fifth edition of 1789 is also in Soane's library (q.v.). This edition not in ESTC.

Copy Notes Occasional annotations to the text in ink and pencil; practice phrases in ink on rear pastedown, probably in Soane's hand. Lacking the endleaves.

Binding C18th sheep, blind double-ruled borders with additional blind roll-tool parallel to spine, without spine-label or lettering.
