Anonymous. Robert Taylor was active as a publisher in Berwick between 1753 and 1778. Suggested date from Cambridge University Library catalogue; the Cambridge copy has a cancel leaf G3 not found in the Soane copy. ESTC records an anonymous two-volume work with the title Beauties and wonders of art and nature displayed ... according to the plan of the great Lord Bacon, London, 1779. This edition not in ESTC.
Copy Notes Pastedown inscribed in ink with bookseller's hieroglyphs and price 3/.
Binding C18th sprinkled sheep, gilt double-ruled borders and spine, without spine-label or spine-title.
