Issued as an appendix to the Earl of Clarendon's History of the grand rebellion. The imprint date reads 'M.DCC.XYIV.'; another issue has a corrected cancel title-page. With four pages of publisher's advertisements at the end. ESTC t53947.

Copy Notes Imperfect; wanting the half-title recorded in ESTC. Library shelf mark inscribed in ink on rear pastedown d.RT2.

Binding C18th Cambridge-style blind-panelled calf, gilt-tooled spines, red and black morocco spine-labels. Bound uniformly with the Soane copy of the 1717 edition of Clarendon's The history of the rebellion and civil wars in England (q.v.), with the spine gilt-lettered 'Vol. VII' in continuation of that set.
