The Mountain Lory
Inscription: Label on verso of backboard: No. 1 / The Mountain Lory / By J.M. Moore / 3 Carlisle Street / Soho Square. The format of this label is one commonly used by framers in labelling up groups of works by an artist before sending them to an exhibition.
