A figure of Ma, high priest of Hieraconpolis, wearing a knee-length skirt (plain, archaic), and a leopard-skin thrown over the left shoulder.
Inscription down the front: first word obliterated.
At side of support at back: 'Ma'.
Down the support: The overseer of the prophets [literally: servants of God] of the Falcon of Hieraconpolis, Ma [literally: 'He who sees'. This is the name of the man himself]
May be given things all
Good and pure to the . . . of God.
Complete interpretation: 'The overseer of the prophets of the Falcon of Hierakonpolis Ma. May there be given all things good and pure to the prophet'
