The lower right front of a cinerary urn with part of the name plate moulding, panelled doors (the 'portal') with handles and flanking foliage.
The style appears to resemble, and the composition perhaps follows, that of an urn in Berlin1 of which the body-face consists of the closed portal below the inscription plate, flanked by laurel leaves and branches between two engaged Corinthian columns at the corners. See also the entry and reference for Soane M374 (Vermeule cat. no. 322) including references for a complete cinerarium which is a variant of this type.
