Copy Notes With the title-page inscribed in ink John Soane Esq with Mr Frank Howards / best compts. and the descriptions of lots 77 and 91 scratched out by the same hand, the former being emended to read attempt to apply Cuyps principle to a female head. Lot 79, 'Cupid in the Clouds' is noted also (by Howard?) as relating to Shakespeare's Mids. Nights Dream. Bound in a collection of sale catalogues.
