Drop-head title. Imprint from p. 2. The magazine was to be edited and published by the radical Edinburgh bookseller, William Tait (1793--1864). An earlier prospectus had evidently already been circulated in Scotland since this version, intended for the English market, includes extracts of reviews in the Scottish press.
Copy Notes Bound (and probably distributed) in a copy of the March 1832 issue of The Gentleman's Magazine (q.v., copy 4).
