Letters from F. Knight, L. Pepys and T. Keate, all addressed to the Secretary at War, Lord Gower; the preface, from Keate's point of few, contains extracts from a further letter by him. This pamphlet followed publication of Keate's controversial Observations on the fifth report of the Commissioners of Military Enquiry, 1808 (q.v.), and further Observations on the proceedings and report of the special medical board, 1809 (q.v.).
