The recto lists contributions to the building fund, cancelled in ink and annotated Vide revised list at the end of / the Triennial Report; the verso contains the minutes of a meeting of the governors of the Royal West London Infirmary convened at the British Coffee House, Cockspur Street, on 2 February 1828, resolving to establish the new hospital and advertise for subscriptions.

Copy Notes Sent to accompany the Triennial Report of 1828 (q.v.) together with a folded ALs in ink dated 18th March 1829 inviting Soane to become a member of the Building Committee, signed John Robertson, Secretary of the Committee. Folded to fit and bound (12) in a collection of pamphlets, verso first, to precede the Triennial Report (q.v.).

Binding Later C19th black pebble-grained binder's cloth, gilt-lettered spine reading 'Charities'. Later numbered 'D' in a series of pamphlet volumes.
