Drop-head title. Probably issued to accompany the description of the ceremony (q.v.). The Ode written for the occasion was by Waller Rodwell Wright, Songs and Glees were by Brother Kelly and the Anthem composed by Samuel Wesley.

Binding Copy 1: Folded paper, clipped (4) in a collection of papers relating to the union of the Lodges.
