Another impression of the text of the quarto edition published the same year. The first five words of the title are transliterated from the Greek. Hutchinson's edition of Xenophon's Anabasis was first published in Oxford, 1735; the first edition of this Cambridge printing was in 1777. Greek text with Latin translation beneath. The engraved map is by Samuel Neele. With a leaf of publisher's advertisements at the end of the text and before the addenda (sig. a-b4 h2), which are dated Cambridge 22 August 1786 and in the Soane copy are bound at the end, but are more often found preceding the main text. The Greek type and setting are greatly admired. ESTC t139385.
