Plan of a rectangular compartmental ceiling, with two pilasters on each of the long sides, divided into large lozenge-shaped compartments containing rosettes encircled by acanthus leaves, and framed by bands of fluting, divided by cross-beams ornamented with enclosed rosettes, and with bosses composed of flowers encircled by unlobed acanthus leaves, and with a border of anthemia
