Plan of a rectangular ceiling, with a central oval medallion, set within a lozenge-shaped frame, and encircled by festoons, enclosed rosettes, and calyx, and the whole is set within a second lozenge-shaped frame, which is encircled by festoons, medallions, and arabesques, and with a peltoid shield and short drop of calyx in each corner
