This design is for an outbuilding at the rear of a house on Abingdon Street, to the south of 6/7 Old Palace Yard. The building is a simple rectangle (25 by 29 feet) of two storeys with a flat roof and with one room to each floor. It may have been built for the purpose of storing records.
