Aspect
Plan of a square ceiling with an apsidal end, with a central medallion, encircled by a band of rosettes amid serpentine ribbon, a fluted frame ornamented with crockets, bows, rosettes, and festoons, from which hang four peltoid shields supported by lion masks, and on each side of the central circular compartment is a square compartment, containing a medallion, and the apse is ornamented with a large patera, encircled by a segmental fan ornamented with double calyx
