Notes
It is not known if any of Adam’s designs for a plate warmer were executed. If so, they do not survive, and the 1807 dining room is now furnished with an equivalent piece of furniture by Chippendale.
There is an Adam office colour-washed finished drawing duplicate of Adam volume 25/137 at the West Yorkshire Archive Service, Morley (WYL5013/D/1/7/9). This is dated 1784.
