Rough longitudinal section through the concert hall, showing a wall containing an apse, flanked by winged half-figures in the spandrels, and with a compartmental semi-dome, divided by bands of fret, and ornamented with octagonal, oval and rectangular tablets, and compartments of arabesques, and with a central recess containing an organ, flanked by rectangular panels surmounted by brackets supporting figures holding swags, and beyond are sculpture-filled niches
