Finished drawing for a ceiling for the oval parlour, 1772, as executed (1)

Notes

The oval parlour was located on the parlour (ground) storey, in the south-east corner of the house facing the garden.

The parlour ceiling was executed in accordance with Adam's design, and fragments of the ceiling survived in situ until 1917.
