[9] Preliminary design for a neo-classical house (2nd scheme), 1771, unexecuted
Aspect
Elevation of the garden (south) front of a three-and-a-half-storey, seven-bay house, with a hipped roof, and a half-sunk basement. The central five bays projecting, and with pencil annotations showing that the ground storey windows are within relieving arches which are rusticated. The projecting bays are articulated on the first and second storey by Ionic pilasters
