Purpose
Design for one end of an unknown room, c1768-87, thought to have been executed (1)
Notes
Unlike Adam volumes 50/83-84, this wall elevation does not appear to be intended for the Great Room at Shrewsbury Castle. The location of the room is unknown. Robert Adam's designs for Shrewsbury Castle are thought to have been executed under the superintendance of Thomas Telford. See scheme notes.
