[2] Design for a new house, 1772, unexecuted
Aspect
Elevation of the north (principal) front of the house, with a two-and-a-half-storey, nine-bay central block, with a hipped roof, and half sunk basement, and with a large pilaster or engaged column articulating every third bay, and with a screen of Ionic columns across the first storey in the central three bays, surmounted by three oval windows within a large panel of half figures. The central block is flanked by one-and-a-half-storey, three-bay wings
