Notes

In terms of technique, this plans belongs with those in Adam vol.9/25 - 27, although here the pencil guidelines are very faint. The neat and careful small scale of this plan is untypical of Robert Adam, which is also the case with similar drawings in Adam vol.9/36 - 38. This composition with latitudinal corridor is a variation on drawings in Adam vol.9/27 and 9/36, which show longitudinal corridors.
