Notes
This drawing was probably composed as a pendant to Adam vol.56/118 and for this visual effect is arranged slightly out of sequence on the album leaf, the two drawings on either side of the larger 56/120, this arrangement on the album leaf appearing to have been done after both numbering sequences on the drawings. This arrangement is similar to the previous album leaf's arrangement of 56/115, 116 and 117. The drawings numbered Adam vol.56/115, 117, 118 and 119 are all probably companion pieces, having the same format.
