Notes

The property measures approximately 21 feet across and 152½ feet from front to back, which extends as far as Marsh Street. The property is marked on a map dated June 1825 (SM 57a/3/3) facing west on to the 'floating basin', but has not survived.
John Berry Jacques was a biscuit baker by trade.
