[11] Design for the great room, 1763, as executed
Aspect
Laid out wall elevations for a rectangular room with a coved ceiling, and with a four-bay window wall, with a single oval pier glass, and ornamental curtain cornices, with two doors, picture frames and grotesque panels on the wall opposite, and chimneypieces flanked by doors on the side walls, and ornamented with picture frames and grotesque panels. The cove of the ceiling on one side wall is ornamented with octagonal coffering, and on another is annotated in pencil with arabesques and medallions
