Purpose
[102] Design for a sugar shaker, c1760-62
Aspect
Elevation of a sugar shaker ornamented with acanthus leaves, masks and an inscription panel, surmounted by a fluted shaft ornamented with acanthus leaves at the base, and festoons in the capital. The lid is ornamented with rosettes enclosed by diamonds, and surmounted by a pine-cone [?]
