[93] Finished drawing for the gallery, 1765-69, 3 walls as executed
Aspect
Plan and laid out wall elevations of a rectangular room, with a central Venetian window, flanked by two windows surmounted by curtain cornices to either side, and four rectangular pier glasses on the west wall, and on the east wall opposite is a chimneypiece, flanked by three sculpture-filled niches surmounted by a rectangular panel of winged griffons, urns, and rinceaux, and a door, surmounted by a figurative overdoor medallion, and with a Venetian window in each of the north and south walls, and the chimneypiece and walls have friezes of anthemia and rinceaux
