[57] Finished drawing for the boudoir, 1780-81, unexecuted
Aspect
Section of two curving walls for a circular room, with four apses containing mirrors ornamented with terms, sofas, and lozenge-shaped coffering in the semi-domes. One wall has a central window surmounted by a curtain cornice, and flanked by doors surmounted by lions and unicorns. The opposite wall is identical save for an additional door instead of a window, above which is a large rectangular figurative panel. The whole has a frieze of enclosed anthemia
