This drawing is similar in composition to Adam vol.26/145, which is also attributed to Giuseppe Manocchi (c.1731-82). Like that drawing, this may be an invention inspired by the antique rather than a copy of a surviving fragment. There is a variation of this composition in Adam vol.19/86, also attributed to Manocchi.
