Notes
This small drawing belongs with the strongly picturesque landscapes in this section and can be contrasted with the view in Adam vol.54/Series 5/19. At some point, presumably when the drawings were being rearranged in the volume, at least 50 cms have been torn from the backing sheet, which is also the case in Adam vol.54/Series 5/2. A drawing on grey paper, similar to Adam vol.54/Series 4/8 and 15, has been removed leaving four corners.
