The small elevation in Adam vol.55/148 is probably part of this scheme and is similar to the alternative pavilions that are shown here. The composition in Adam vol.55/150 with a column base on top is similar to the left-hand pavilion in this drawing. The use of shadow-hatching may be compared with that in Adam vol.55/87.
