Capriccio in pen and black chalk showing two bays of a triumphal arch of the Constantine form, leading to an apsidal hall. It is set in a similar cliff landscape to that shown in Adam vol.55/96; to one side is a tree.
Notes
Like the composition in Adam vol.55/98 this drawing may be related to several in volume 56, especially the group that have a sarcophagus as a common theme, see Adam vol.56/102.
