Notes

In this design a new staircase, lobby and water closet replace part of the building adjecent to Bull Head Court. Access from the banking house to the new offices is by an entrance at the rear of the back parlour. See also drawing [59].

The date of 'February 1812' refers to when the drawing was delivered to Praed. The drawing was made in January 1812 by either Charles Tyrrell or Robert Chantrell.
