Aspect
Elevation of a one-storey, five-bay building, with a two-storey, circular, domed building containing a central oculus skylight behind, with the central three bays arcaded and articulated by a portico of Ionic column supporting a pediment, flanked on either side by end niches containing niches and articulated by Ionic pilasters. The whole is crowned by balustrading and sculpture
