[7] Finished drawing for a garden pavilion, 1764, unexecuted
Aspect
Elevation of a circular, domed temple, supported by a square stylobate, with stairs leading to a central door, with a frieze of arabesques, flanked by sculpture-filled niches, and each bay articulated by engaged fluted Ionic columns. The temple is ornamented with urns, relief panels containing half-figures, griffons, and scrolled hearts, patera, and with a frieze of festoons
