[4] Preliminary design for a house, 1772, unexecuted
Aspect
Elevation of a three-storey, seven-bay balustraded house, with a hipped roof, and the central three bays rusticated and slightly projecting on the ground storey, and containing a central entrance, and surmounted by a portico of fluted Ionic columns, supporting a pediment, and the windows on the first storey are balustraded, there are Ionic pilasters articulating the edges of the house, and the roof line is crowned by five figurative sculptures
