Elevation of a two-storey, octagonal tower, with a conical roof, and a central arched entrance on the first storey, flanked by projecting pedimented porches containing doors, and the ground storey is screened by a projecting, shaped, balustraded curtain wall, with a rusticated central bay containing a curve-topped window with voussoirs
