Notes
To the left (northwards) are the stables and offices. The kitchen, pantry and china closet are in the 'house' part of the building together with eating room, drawing room, breakfast room, hall and Mr Peters' rooms. On the eastwards (upper) side, the house (dark sepia wash) is 90 feet wide and the offices (lighter sepia wash) 58 feet, on the northern side the external dimension is 90 feet 6 inches.
