Pen, sepia, blue and red washes, pencil, with triple ruled and sepia wash border, (verso) added pencil, on wove paper (645 x 452)

Notes

A comparison with drawing [12] shows some changes. The entrance is now to St James's Square and the eating room and library have changed places. The entrance hall is extended and the best stair moved to the left-hand side though this has a pencil cancellation.
