Purpose
[21] Design for the ceiling for the music room, as executed, 1780
Aspect
Plan of a rectangular ceiling with a central oval, and contiguous lunette compartments, each with a border of enclosed rosettes. The central oval contains an oval medallion, festoons, and musical trophies, and the lunettes to either side contain lunette-shaped panels. The whole is bordered by musical trophies, arabesques, fans, anthemia, and patera in each corner
