Purpose
Design of a Bridge, 1764, executed (1)
Notes
The bridge at Kedleston allowed for the new approach from the north lodge to the house across the lake. It provides a beautiful view of the house, but it also functions as an eye catcher within the landscape. This design was executed in 1770-71 and remains in situ.
