Notes
The unfinished drawing shows a three-bay, two-storey villa with a three-storey tower and a porte cochere; the windows are round-headed in the tower, single and pedimented at first floor level and tripartite with pilaster-mullions at ground floor level. a balustraded parapet now conceals the first floor roof. The front elevation is close to [SM D2/8/34].
