Notes

Dance replaced the simple rectangular tablet with a moulded frame set above the centre of the arch ([SM D2/6/1], [SM D2/6/10] and [SM D2/6/11]) for a squarer tablet set on brackets with a pediment with antefixae. To accompany this Grecian element, Dance roughed in taller octagonal buttresses with round-arched decorative details.
