as above, the Red colour denotes half the Plan of Capital, face of Stucco, This Frieze to be covered with the same style of foliage / by Mr Bernasconi as that under the Labels of the Windows / and for that purpose all the part between the mouldings / is to be formed to afford a good Key to receive the / Composition Plaster or Cement and (faint pencil) 869. - [illegible] 10%
