Notes
Dance's survey shows the earlier seven-bay houses facing east marked 62.5 feet wide with a kitchen wing to the northwest and additions to south and southwest (presumably Dance's work of c.1788). This consisted of a reception room 22.0 by 30.0 with a shallow bow-front at its south end and a southwest wing with octagonal vestibule, an entrance facing south with hall and semicircular stair, and a bow-fronted reception room 30.1 by 21.2 by high 15.0 facing westwards.
