Notes

The scheme represented by [SM D1/2/9], [SM D2/2/19], [SM D1/2/20], [SM D1/2/13] and [SM D1/2/8] that was 'not adopted' or 'not as executed' is distinguished mainly by the use of pilasters, 1 foot 3 inches wide and projecting only 3 inches with a Doric capital even more minimal that the antae of the portico ([SM D1/4/63]).
